Let stand for about 5 minutes<\/li><li>Add flour and salt, knead the dough.<\/li><li>Set the pizza dough aside in a bowl with a damp cloth on top and let rise for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.<\/li><li>Roll out the pizza dough and roll it out. Place on a pizza pan.<\/li><li>Spread the \u00c9pur\u00e9e cauliflower pur\u00e9e over the pastry.<\/li><li>Arrange toppings to your liking.
