With nearly 15 years of experience in the province's most renowned restaurants, Chef Marco Gagnon was looking for a simple way to make the style and taste of haute cuisine accessible. That's how the idea for Épurée mashed potatoes was born! Today, with Épurée, everyone can create dishes as beautiful and delicious as those served at the finest restaurants.
