Asian Salmon Tartar with Broccoli Puree

Ingredients

  • 280g of salmon from L'Atelier du Tartare
  • 1 tbsp. puree broccoli Épurée (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp of Super Asian Tartar Mix (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro
  • ½ tbsp. lime juice
  • ½ tbsp. honey
    Sriracha
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chives
  • 1 tbsp. cashews, roasted and crushed
    (replace cashews with panko if allergies)

Mix
